I'm a 39-year-old husband, fitness coach, and founder of Fasano Fitness. I coach men 35-55 one-on-one to get strong, lean, and athletic, without turning them into gym robots.

I was not an athlete growing up. I had to figure out how to build muscle on my own frame. When I became a trainer, I realized something.
